Labor Complaint Against City Dismissed in 1975 Talks

The Municipal Public Employees Labor Relations Board dismissed an unfair labor practice charge against the City of Biddeford. The board ordered a new round of wage and contract talks for 1975 with Mayor Lucien Dutremble and union representatives.
