Ford Press Conference On Arms Pact Lets MIRV Buildup Continue

President Ford acknowledged the U S Soviet strategic arms agreement allows both countries to expand nuclear forces over the next decade with ceilings of 2400 long range missiles and bombers and MIRV deployment on up to 1320 missiles. Death of Saco Dairy Farmhand Investigated as Homicide

Troy H Ballenger a 30 year old Thibodeau Dairy farmhand on Buxton Road Saco was found dead on the property. State police say the death is a definite homicide and an autopsy at Webber Hospital was planned. A car found abandoned on Rocky Hill Road is being checked for links to the case.
