The body of J. Maurice Carrier town clerk of Kennebunk was found in his car office around noon today the apparent victim of carbon monoxide. A passerby notified taxi driver George Cousens who alerted Kennebunk police and state police after a search began yesterday morning for the West Kennebunk resident.
