Cesar Romero headlines Ogunquit Playhouse debut in Preston Sturges comedy Strictly Dishonorable opening Monday evening on Summer Street. The actor, noted for film television and stage work, plays Count Di Ruvo with Linda Fields and Lawrence Pressman in a Broadway classic set in a New York speakeasy. Performances run Monday to Saturday at 8:40 with 2:45 matinees Wednesday and Friday. box office daily 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Floyd Baca, 16, of Casper, offered to help motorists changing a flat tire. While he assisted, the car slipped from the jack and fell on his leg. The owners later jacked the car up, put on the spare, and drove away, leaving him in the road.

An eight member faculty has been named for the Waste Water Treatment Plant Operators' School to be held at the University of Maine August 19. Dr Otis J Sproul of the State University Civil Engineering Dept and Macdonald chief engineer of the Maine Water Improvement Commission will lead a group including Robert Smith Henry Mann Carl MacDowell Richard Gassett Allyn Heald Fred Hayward Asst Prof Peter F Atkins and Dr Sproul. Enrollment has over subscribed with representatives from Maine municipal and industrial treatment facilities. The school is co sponsored by the civil engineering dept and the Water Improvement Commission and will cover topics from sewage characteristics to plant administration.
