Biddeford Teachers Association at Biddeford Junior High voted 74 of 120 to reject the city’s base pay offer of 5800. School board spokesman Philip Masse said no deadlock exists and more negotiations will follow. Edward Radin said talks will be lengthy but friendly as both sides seek agreement. A further negotiating session is set for next Thursday at Kennedy School.
