Probate Court names Florentine Plaquet as heir to estate
The probate filing for Gaston Plaquet notes his wife Florentine Plaquet will receive his estate valued at about 7500 dollars. Separately, divorces were granted: Robert J. Garceau of Becket and Patricia Garceau of Pittsfield, married February 16, 1963, with no children. Pia G. Martin of Sheffield and Clarence Martin Jr. of Sheffield, with Pia gaining custody of three children and monthly child support of 50 dollars. The Martins wed August 25, 1951 in Chicago. A racing pigeon death was reported by G E Desaulniers of West Stockbridge. the bird wandered into a barn and died, with leg bands Leo 1438 ALL 63 and MWM 1243 ALL,65 preserved.
