Variances Denied by Zoning Board of Appeals
The Zoning Board of Appeals rejected Beatrice Mintz and Garrity Brothers requests after public hearings Monday. Garrity Brothers were denied a special permit to build a storage facility on Devon Road as A-R district rules require a zoning change for such a structure.
