A 38 year old electronics engineer was charged with murder for the sniper slaying of computer expert Benjamin M. Gurley as he dined with his wife and seven children in Concord Massachusetts. Gurley had told police he feared he would be murdered. He was shot through a kitchen window with a .45 caliber pistol. Gurley’s killer was disguised as a former business associate who bore a grudge. Police recovered a gun in the suspect’s car and noted the wife’s kidney ailment death in July.
