Auto Tort Settlement Ends Boisbeaux Suit
The Superior Court suit for $100,000 filed by Louis A. Boisbeaux of North Canaan Connecticut against Carol and Doris Edna Frost of Columbus Georgia was halted during trial and settled out of court late yesterday. The undisclosed settlement stems from a December 6 1959 one car crash in Egremont in which Boisbeaux lost a leg.
