Parking plan would worsen nuisance on Russell Terrace
St. Peter argues increasing parking on the Russell Terrace hospital side worsens a nuisance. The plan proposes a one way street with no north side parking and 90 degree south side parking for about 25 cars, plus a new 43 meter lot on Watconah Street. City and hospital would need to move fences, lease hospital lots, and install meters. Residents prefer widening the street with parallel north side parking.
