Until the Grass Greens VAN DEUSENVILLE
In the dull void before spring we clean and plan work on the house while weather and finances press. Bob builds shelves, I fret about clutter, and we dream of fresh paint, new linens, and a happier home as we endure a long, hopeful wait for grass to green and flowers to bloom.

Pittsfield Fashion Show Highlights Budget Sewing Skills
Twenty weeks of practical arts sewing led to a city sponsored fashion show at Pittsfield High School supervised by Miss Marion E. Willis. About 200 women demonstrated budget sewing for various figures with outfits valued well above material costs. Instructors described garments and costs, with beginners to tailoring under Mrs. Raymond F. Brown and others. Free classes meet four evenings weekly for 20 weeks and will resume next fall.
