Pittsfield Urban Renewal Plans Progress Delayed in Paper Stage

The Housing Authority expects a formal Jubilee report within six weeks and a council vote after public hearings to approve the package. Total costs reach about 7.5 million with roughly 2 million from federal funds and 1 million from land sales.
