Civil suits totaling 323000 filed in Superior Court Monday

Fourteen civil actions seeking 323400 in damages were filed in Superior Court. The day included a 16000 suit by Bernadette LaFleche of Adams against Berkshire Express driver Gerard F. Daviau and Richard L Conway of Pittsfield. Other cases name plaintiffs from North Adams, Pittsfield, Lenox, Springfield and Cumberland in auto collision and property damage claims dating from 1963 to 1984.
