Restrictions Proposed At Dalton Town Dump
Dalton sanitary landfill committee moves to urge the Selectmen to adopt stricter rules at the town dump. They seek shorter dump hours, daily covering with fill, barred access via General Sand & Stone Co., and residents only enforcement. The panel reviews new site options and asks residents to aid in locating a relocation site while exploring a possible windshield sticker identification system.
