Msgr Burke to be Invested Prelate Thursday
The Rt. Rev. Msgr. Henry M O Burke pastor of Sacred Heart Church will be invested with the robes of a domestic prelate in ceremonies Thursday at 7 pm. He was elevated to the rank by Pope Paul VI along with 25 Springfield diocesan priests. Bishop Weldon will present the symbols of the new rank as a mixed Sacred Heart choir performs.
