Two BU students dodge jail by agreeing to psychiatric help
BOSTON AP Two Boston University students escaped three month jail terms for contempt of court by agreeing to seek psychiatric help. Stephen E B Sloan of Providence R I and Jonathan S Ostrow of Worcester were charged with violation of an injunction by joining the seizure of the campus administration building on December 8. Judge Frank Smith of Suffolk Superior Court imposed the three month sentences but suspended them until June 24 on condition that they seek psychiatric attention at a hospital. They were placed on probation. Judge Smith said his observations in court showed they needed psychiatric attention.

Israeli Jets Cross Suez To Hit Egyptian Positions
