Dr Nathan Finkelstein 75 of 1 6 Spadina Parkway longtime eminent urologist in the Northeast United States died this morning at Albany Medical Center He was born in Russia 1888 and settled near Boston He studied at Tufts 1912 and later trained at Columbia He helped found a joint practice with Dr Maurice Eisner He was the first Pittsfield physician elected to the American College of Surgeons He leaves a wife Ruby Rosenfeld a son Robert a UCLA physicist on sabbatical at Princeton and two daughters Helen Bruner and Carolyn Wilson Services will be held tomorrow with the body to be moved to Wellington Funeral Home this afternoon

Third death by own action in Nazi trial shocks Limburg case
Frankurt Germany Dr Wermer Heyde facing trial as a Nazi war criminal committed suicide in his Bulzbach Penitentiary cell. On the same day Friedrich Tillmann leaped from a Cologne office building window as another defendant in the Limburg case. Tillmann, 60, led Nazi euthanasia work during World War I and later headed Cologne's orphan asylum. A third defendant is Dr Hans Kiefelman while Gerhard Bohne is missing.
