Student Bakes Big Cookie Ends Up Rolling in Dough
Bethel College student Paul Goodman created a 2,300 pound Christmas cookie after selling shares to 24 classmates to raise 358 dollars for ingredients. KDWB director Sam Sherwood rewarded him with 3749 dollars based on a prior agreement. The giant bake was done in Elim Baptist Church basement and carried by pickup to Foshay Tower studio. Goodman plans to double investors' money and use the rest for college costs.
