Mayor Foresees No Problems On Right of Way
Del Gallo said no trouble is foreseen to take a 62 foot right of way from Springside Park for a road linking Springside Avenue ends. State legislature approval is needed but usually routine unless community opposition arises, which has not appeared. The extension will run along the park’s southern edge, leaving about 100 feet of park land on the south side.
