Judge Frank W. Cimini in District Court admonished youths who offer implausible excuses for drunkenness. Three-year-old boys faced the judge in unrelated cases. one claimed he found whisky in a brook near Springside Park and drank it, while another story about stepping on a bottle was deemed unconvincing. The cases were continued.
