Route 20 resurfacing in New Lebanon delayed by budget cuts

State Assemblyman Willard C. Drumm warns of a looming shortage of funds for resurfacing Route 20 in New Lebanon and nearby areas. He notes a $25 million annual resurfacing appropriation was cut by $15 million in the Senate, leaving $10 million for 1963-64, and calls for possible tax increases in 1964. He cites governor’s budget cuts and questions spending 6s of the state total in one county.
