Planning Board Has an English Accent

English student Christopher Paul Wright assists Pittsfield Planning Board on the proposed zoning ordinance and variances. He arrived July 7 from England, staying with cousin Jack L. Bennett, and returns Sept. 17 to Portsmouth Polytechnic Institute. Wright discusses English weather and urban planning contrasts between England and the United States. He aims to study city planning further, with future work in Africa and South America. A DIY wood deck booklet from Western Wood Products Association is offered for 10 cents.

Lumbermen Hear Bright Forecast For This Year
