Board Grants 2 Variances and Defers Camp Issue
The Zoning Board of Appeals approved variances for a Linden and Seymour street apartment project and a 6 foot fence around a pool in an R-6 and an R-1-C zone. It deferred the campsite plan at 108 Broadway after an hour of discussion, referring questions to the Planning Board for new zoning definitions. No opposition to the apartment or fence proposals. Pivero’s campsite plan drew mixed public input and was ultimately withdrawn without prejudice.
