Landfill Zoning Battle Fights Town Board
Opponents file a writ of mandamus in Superior Court seeking to force the Board of Selectmen to apply local zoning rules to a proposed sanitary landfill on Monument Valley Road. The court orders notice for a reply by October 6. Plaintiffs, led by John L. Santos and George P.
