District Court Actions Include Nonsupport Probation

William J Burke Jr of Dalton received a suspended 30 day jail term and six years probation for nonsupport with a $19 weekly child support obligation. Lloyd Scales of 175 Dewey Ave faced continued charges for rude and disorderly conduct until Oct 16. Ip politi probation violation continued to May 21 with $40 weekly payments. Reviola Hunt denied speeding but guilty for $10 fine. Barbara Avalle and Vincent DiSanti fined $6 each for two parking violations. Several residents paid $3 parking fines.
