Reders entertain Miss Isabel Ehinger at home
The Messrs Reders hosted about 40 guests Tuesday evening for their cousin Miss Isabel Ehinger of Wheaton Illinois. Recitations by Miss Katie Wilson along with music and games filled the evening. Decorations added charm while ice cream cake and lemonade were served. The event ended with all enjoying meeting Miss Ehinger. The second paragraph shifts to a separate note criticizing Supreme Court quarters as the poorest in the country and suggesting Congress fund better space, possibly asking Mr Cassatt for a room in his Union Station project in Washington.

Misery comes to masses in two phases of inequality
The passage argues inequality in property and political rights is rising rapidly under the Republican regime. Equality and Democracy are praised as the basis of just government, while criticizing Roosevelt’s support for spending and the meat inspection plan funded by the public. It questions any Roosevelt call for economy.

Why did their defeat expose party fund donations from trusts
The Tillman bill would reveal and punish corporate contributions to party funds. The piece argues that exposing sugar steel and coal trust donations could embarrass benefactors of the GOP, likening it to Pharaoh dealing wisely with the Hebrews.
