Washington reports Director S. L. Rogers cautions that the Fourteenth Decennial Census data will not be used for property valuations. He notes past confusion over census and taxation and stresses the law forbids disclosure of census returns with penalties including fines or imprisonment.
The Weather Bureau Kansas City reports highway weather service helps motor travel by directing road conditions and trip timing. Begun as a wartime measure, it continues despite no new appropriations, funded by the department to sustain public road reports and guidance. Talk up the creamery.
The Arizona State Fair Commission warns exhibitors to secure entry blanks now and file early to avoid last minute rush. With only a few days left in many departments, an extra clerical staff has been added but cooperation is essential. Premium lists and entry forms are available from commercial organizations or the Arizona Fair Commission in Phoenix.
In a civil action heard at the Superior Court in Tombstone the dispute over farming lands in Pomerene and the Gila Valley ended with the jury ruling for Perry Tryon and John A. Sabin. They recovered their Pomerene land and $3000 in damages after ejectment and contract issues.

A notice invites members and their families to a grand dance at the Auditorium on October 25 at eight in the evening. President E Castillo Secretary A Salazar Treasurer J Quihuiz Bastonero A Figueroa sign the invitation with thanks for attention and admission two pesos for gentlemen.
