Articles of incorporation filed for Benson Canning and Packing Company detailing purpose to manufacture dairy and farm products, real estate, bonds, and fiduciary services. Founding officers include H W Etz, William Bennett, J A Gumm, C E Goetz, and C F Moss. principal office in Benson Arizona with 25 year term and 7500 debt limit. Notary J N Morrison authorized agent for service of process in Arizona.
