A Sibyl track-walker was attacked stealing a watch and one dollar. J W Cull residence loss included Liberty Bonds shoes pistols and other valuables. Two young Mexicans faced charges and pleaded not guilty, later identified as the assailants by the track-walker before Judge Rucker. with no bond they were jailed in Tombstone.
