Cochise County Winner Claims Two University Scholarships

Ben son boy Harold Holcomb son of Mr and Mrs E B Holcomb of this place won the County Scholarship in Cochise county and the state English scholarship at Tucson during University Week. The award carries 150 dollars toward board dormitory and other expenses at the University of Arizona.

The Cochise County State Bank opened in Tombstone with an all day open house in the Walcott Block. A. G. Smith and K. N. Coplen presided as visitors toured the new facility with hardwood interior and a burglar and fire proof safe.
