He describes the fungus, its impact on phloem and plant vitality, and prescribes mercury bichloride treatment for seed potatoes with emphasis on safety and disinfection.

The Arizona Conference of the California Mission of the Mormon Church, organized at St. David six months ago, holds its semi annual meeting at Pomerene today and tomorrow. Sessions are at 10 A M and 2 P M with President Joseph McMurrin and sixteen elders attending. The event is open to the public.
