Jeffords to issue policy on student voter registrations
Attorney General James M. Jeffords planned to issue a Vermont policy clarifying student voter registration in college communities. He declined to say if the opinion would let 18 to 20 year olds easily join local rolls ahead of the November special primary and January congressional and senatorial elections.
