Jeffords Confident in GOP House Nomination Bid in Vermont

Vermont Republican Jim Jeffords, finalizing a three way race with Sen. Madeline Harwood and Lt. Gov. Ford probes ways to lick inflation

Barbara Jean blocked on Hicks Avenue exit plan

Bennington Planning Commission rejected unlimited Hicks Avenue access for Monument Plaza traffic and questioned Barbara Jean Realty Co’s expansion. A 90 day temporary permit was set with a state traffic engineer to study flow. If traffic or safety issues arise, permit renewal will be denied.
