Waterford land auction called a disaster by promoter
Waterford promoter Richard Kwieciewski said the weekend sale of 220 acres for 45000 dollars was the disaster the state hoped for. The attorney general sought a temporary restraining order to block the auction, arguing a road tied to an al permit appeal was being built into the property. The landowner denied such statements were made.
