The Dewey Trust Estate extends the Bennington Graded School Districts option on a 13.4 acre parcel south of Stark Street to February 8, 1965 and waives an extra deposit. The land may host a neighborhood elementary school serving Bennington village and rural areas, with potential merger benefits.
