Fulbright Attacks U S Viet Policy

UPI reports Senator Fulbright sharply criticizes President Johnson’s Vietnam strategy, saying the war is turning the Great Society into a sick society and hindering domestic reform. Senator Brooke, once supportive, calls for ending bombing of North Vietnam after visiting Vietnam and urges unilateral withdrawal to spark peace talks.
