The Formosan scholar Akyo Chau-Shiong Chen will assist North Pownal Congregational Sunday school for months while on a Williams College graduate scholarship and serving as an assistant professor in science. He will lead children's worship, work with teens, and is nicknamed Akyo when names pose difficulty. Classes start Sundays at 11, with superintendent Mrs Earle V Church inviting area youngsters to attend.
