Interceptors May Be Built If Federal State Aid Obtained
Selectmen say sewer interceptor lines in Clark's Woods could be installed this year if federal and state aid is approved. Voters approved 15 dollars for the project at the 1962 annual meeting, with funds to be matched. Delays past the timetable push back bids and paperwork, with two 8 inch lines planned to serve three outfalls into a Walloomsac River tributary.
