Judge Grants Injunction Over Corcoran Trailer Park Fight
A May 1 injunction bars the village trustees from enacting any ordinance that blocks Corcoran’s planned trailer park at Morgan Street and Imperial Avenue. Corcoran alleges water and sewer denial violates his development rights. The order halts a new village zoning ordinance that would prohibit trailer parks and rezone the Morgan Street property to R-2, with trailers allowed only in R-3 zones. A Chancery Court hearing to lift the injunction was set for May 24.
