Robert O Briens energy plan calling for repeal of the purchase power and fuel adjustment clause a nuclear moratorium and creation of hydroelectric utility districts She also backs expanding the Public Service Board and notes she is open minded about adopting the policy.
Miss Helen Pearson of Manchester poses with a dress from a quilt over 100 years old at the First Congregational Church show in Manchester Village. Pearson’s quilt, made by her great grandmother and given to her mother in 1882, is on display. The show runs 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. today and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
