Christmas hopes glow in Dorset and East Rupert streets
Signs of Christmas appear as green lights dot chimneysides from Dorset to East Rupert. Posters by Louise Jones and John Finlay advertise the annual Christmas chicken pie supper by the United Church Women on Dec 8 at 5 30 p.m. Co chairs are Mrs Parks and Mrs Towsley. A December 14 luncheon at 12 30 p.m. follows, with Mrs Slanetz Edgerton and Reed in charge. The Burr and Burton Seminary choir and Mrs Rigney will entertain after luncheon.
