First American Lutheran Church in Vermont in Bennington
The Bennington Lutheran Redeemer congregation, without a church building, relies on St. Joseph's College and Second Congregational Church for services. Rev. Allan Barnes notes cooperation with three Lutheran branches and community involvement through CRASH, Park McCullough House, and local schools. The group debates whether a dedicated building is essential, given ample local facilities and community needs.
