Snow Goose on Hallmark Hall of Fame Delights NBC Viewers

Hollywood critic praises NBC Hallmark Hall of Fame adaptation of Paul Gallico’s The Snow Goose. Richard Harris stars as the deformed artist with Jenny Agutter as the orphan girl in a moving war era tale set on the English coast. The teleplay, Gallico’s own adaptation filmed in England, underscores reverence for life and anti war sentiment as the artist sacrifices himself aiding Dunkirk evacuees.
