Nature Walk to Memorialize Ernest Hemingway in Idaho
In Ketchum Idaho UPI reports a neck and head bust of Ernest Hemingway will be dedicated by his widow on his birthday July 21 at the trailhead to Idaho's wilderness. Sculptor Robert Berks of New York created the bust funded by Hemingway friends. The monument, the only one to the Nobel Prize author who died by his own hand in the area, was moved to a nature walk site after Mrs. Hemingway rejected an initial location.
