Paul Allen Green of Salem New York faced marijuana possession charges that are to be dropped. The officer admitted he believed he could search for drugs at will. Green had no prior contact with Giaotti. State’s Attorney Neil S Moss said charges would be dropped and the defense cited trial preparation ahead of next year’s proceedings.
