Landmark's remains sold in Peru after fire
The Bromley House land and gutted remains in Peru were sold to Serge Gagarin from Thomas and Victoria Spater. The inn, center of Peru, was destroyed by a November fire caused by faulty wiring in the furnace room beneath the kitchen. Gagarin plans are undecided but may raze the remains this summer and consider paddle tennis courts to protect the site from inappropriate development.
