Bennington plans a special town meeting June 16 to authorize selectmen to borrow up to 160000 for a repayable loan to BCIC and for a water main to a Globe Union Inc. plant proposed by BCIC. Globe Union of Milwaukee will build a 125000 sq ft facility on Morse property with construction start by July and operations by March 1965, with 90 percent of loans insured by the Vermont Industrial Building Authority and tax implications explained by the town.
