Woodford votes to seek referendum on five acre density rule
Woodford selectmen 2-1 call for a referendum on a permanent zoning ordinance limiting family dwelling density to five acres for the 1,100 acre Great Northern property off Route 7. Opponents say the move blocks GN plans, while supporters say it protects Woodford and preserves variances. The vote follows disclosure GN listings listing agents in Bernardston MA.
