Readsboro Cycle Crash Claims Sixth County Fatality

A Bennington man died and a passenger was treated after their motorcycle overturned on Route 100 in Readsboro Tuesday night at 7 32. The operator Henrich Fleming Ricky Bartholdi 24 of 250 North St died at the scene while Cedric Sweet 20 also of 250 North St sustained cuts and bruises and was treated and released at Putnam Memorial Hospital. This marked the first motorcycle fatality in Bennington County this year and the sixth highway death to date.
