Bennington Group Maintains Historic Long Trail
Members of the Bennington Section of the Green Mountain Club led a trail maintenance hike along the Long Trail from Blackington, Mass to Glastonbury Mountain. They cleared brush, replaced markers, and repaired blazes to keep the 25 mile route accessible from Vermont 9 to the state line.
